A lot of blockchain security discussions immediately jump to broken encryption or futuristic attacks, but realistically most practical problems today still seem tied to operational mistakes, repeated user behavior and inefficient workflows. Even with strong systems in place, things like predictable patterns, weak recovery processes and inefficient search methods probably create more real-world issues than the underlying cryptography itself.
