Me and my current partner are building something tied to gaming/web3, but we need someone stronger on the crypto side: launch strategy, marketing, and community growth. I’ve been involved in the space myself and have some experience with launches and community building, but I know there are people out there way better than me at scaling projects properly, which is why I’m looking to connect. If you’ve worked on successful Solana meme coin launches and are interested in a long-term opportunity, DM me with what you’ve worked on before. Looking for experienced meme coin devs who understand launches, CT/KOL marketing, and building strong communities. Not looking for random shillers. submitted by /u/SuddenHistory9139 [link] [comments]

Meme coin launches on Solana often hit a wall after the initial hype cycle: communities fill with bots, spam attacks ramp up from CT/KOL pushes, and retention drops once the mercenary crowd moves on. Strong growth isn't just about launch mechanics or marketing volume—it's about post-launch execution like real-time moderation, dual-platform consistency between Telegram and Discord, and ambassador structures that track actual ROI instead of vanity engagement numbers.

If your gaming/Web3 project needs someone who can handle the operational side after the token goes live, prioritize people with experience auditing spam patterns and building point-based retention systems over pure launch hype. Without that, even solid marketing tends to create more noise than sustainable holders.

What specific pain points have you seen in past launches that you're trying to avoid this time?

Your post mentions needing help with launch strategy and community growth on Solana. Most meme-related projects I've seen run into the same issues around month 2-3 when bots and spam take over if there's no structured moderation or retention layer in place.

If you're open to it, happy to share what typically breaks in these setups and what metrics actually move the needle for long-term holder quality. DM me details on your current community status if you want a quick diagnostic take.
