The 'build with a description' angle is intriguing for lowering barriers, but you'll need clear docs on how the Bitcoin rework actually prevents fee extraction at the protocol level—otherwise early builders will hit the same UX walls as other L2s or sidechains. I'd start by open-sourcing a couple of sample app templates and running a small testnet round with real usage metrics (not just wallet connections) so the community can see retention before any token talk. Also map out dispute resolution for the user-owned model upfront; that's where most of these experiments fracture. We've run into the exact same early-validation questions on projects at Wevolv3.
The no-fee, user-owned pitch stands out but the hardest part will be proving the backend actually delivers that without hidden costs once volume hits. If you're tracking on-chain attribution from day one it could save a lot of headaches later. Happy to swap notes on what worked for similar launches if you're open to it.
