Quick background: I've spent 10+ years in financial regulation/compliance. I've sat on both sides of the table: as an bank regulator and in a senior director role in the Fintech/Digital Asset/Compliance world. One common theme you constantly hear from startups and mid-tier companies, especially in crypto, is the need for compliance expertise to help them build out compliance programs and help them get licensed. PliOS is an AI compliance operating system for institutions (crypto, fintech, banks, MSBs, trusts) seeking compliance programs and licensing without paying significant amounts for enterprise tools. It runs AI agents that interview you, map your obligations to the actual rules (FinCEN/OFAC/state MTLs), draft real policies, walk through examiner-grade risk assessments, and generate board-ready reports. Basically a fractional CCO to kick start your program. I shipped it just a few days ago. Building it was hard, but manageable given all of the AI capabilities (I also have a software eng background that helped at times). Now comes the marketing part - something I'm not very good at. for b2b compliance tools like this the move is to seed in regtech and fintech discords plus target x accounts that follow mtls and ofac updates, then run small test campaigns with creators who actually post about licensing pain points instead of broad token shills. wevolv3 ran our last crypto project campaign with on-chain attribution and it was the first time we saw real qualified intros from their creators instead of vanity metrics.
