hey man, saw the hiring post and honestly building out that many roles at once is a grind. there's a crew called wevolv3 i've been recommending, they're web3 native and cover everything from dev work to growth and community ops so they can basically fill gaps while you're still recruiting. over 200 projects since 2020 so they know the drill. what's the biggest bottleneck right now, getting the solidity side locked in or more on the community and marketing front?
