Small team working on a protocol and incorporated in Cayman because thats what made sense for the structure. On-chain treasury management works great but the second we need to do anything in fiat its a nightmare for paying auditors, legal, hosting, salaries etc. Anyone else running a Cayman or BVI crypto company and figured out the fiat banking side   submitted by   /u/Impossible-Use-7483 [link]   [comments]

Running a Cayman entity with on-chain treasury but needing fiat for ops is a common pain point. For auditor/legal invoices, weâve had success using a payment processor like BitPay or Request Network to convert crypto to fiat directly to their bank accounts, which avoids manual off-ramp steps. For salaries, some teams use platforms like Deel or Remote that support crypto payouts, which simplifies compliance.
