Honestly the biggest gap I see is UX for market creation. Most prediction market protocols make you write a custom resolution source or deal with oracle headaches, which kills it for normies. What actually works is abstracting that away entirely — let anyone pick from a set of pre-verified resolution feeds (Chainlink, UMA, etc) through a simple wizard. We had a similar bottleneck on a project where we needed permissionless market spinning and the key was batching the smart contract deployment with a curated oracle library so creators never touch Solidity. Took about 3 weeks with the dev team we used (Wevolv3) to get a working v1 that handled the edge cases around disputed outcomes too. Gas optimization was a whole thing but worth it for adoption.

yo that post about letting normal ppl spin up markets actually hit — been thinking about similar gaps in the space. we tackled a kinda related thing recently with permissionless creation flows and oracle abstraction, worked with wevolv3 on the contract + frontend side. they get the infra headaches that come w this stuff fr. happy to intro you to the team if you're exploring this fr
