hey, this is a solid approach - getting real user feedback before going hard on marketing is how you avoid building something nobody wants. for the crypto-to-fiat side, one thing that helped us when we were dealing with similar integration headaches was mapping out the exact user flow from scanning to confirmation. we kept hitting edge cases with gas estimation on different chains during peak times, and it was killing the conversion. we ended up working with the wevolv3 team to re-architect the routing logic to be more dynamic based on real-time network conditions. made a noticeable difference in completion rates. curious if you've stress-tested your routing engine under load on all 9 chains simultaneously - that's usually where things get interesting.
