Why is everyday crypto payment still hard, is it wallet usability, merchant acceptance, fees, volatility or regulation?

I’ve been in crypto for a while, and I keep wondering why everyday payments still don’t feel seamless Between crypto wallet app usability, limited merchant acceptance, transaction fees and network congestion, and price volatility, it still doesn’t feel like a simple “pay and move on” experience. Even when the tech works, regulatory and compliance issues seem to slow wider adoption.
