hey shubhadap, saw your thread on depin hiring and honestly you nailed the pain point, most blockchain devs just don't have that iot and telemetry background so the talent pool feels tiny. there's a crew i work with called wevolv3, they've been building dev teams for web3 projects since 2020 and actually have people who understand node infrastructure and onchain reward systems, not just solidity guys pretending. what kind of roles are you filling right now, more firmware and hardware side or the reward logic and dashboard stuff?
