problem withdraw server wallet

Hi everyone, I’m struggling with a withdrawal issue on my Thirdweb project and I’m hoping someone here might have run into this before. I’m using Thirdweb Server Wallets (on Polygon Mainnet) to manage some assets. I have a balance in my project wallet, but I am unable to withdraw these funds via the Thirdweb dashboard. The issue: Whenever I attempt a withdrawal, the transaction fails immediately. The transaction details in the dashboard show Sender Address and Signer Address as 0x0000...0000 and no transaction hash is generated. What I have: I have the Project Secret Key. I have the Vault Access Token. I have the Wallet Address. I’ve tried following the standard troubleshooting guides, but the dashboard doesn't show the "Payout Address" or "Withdraw Account" fields mentioned in their docs, likely because my project is set up as a Server Wallet rather than "Pay" or "Embedded Wallets". Support has been suggesting API methods that keep returning the same authorization errors. My questions: Has anyone experienced this 0x00...000 sender address issue with Server Wallets before? Is there a way to trigger a "re-sync" between the Engine/Dashboard and the Vault so it correctly injects the private key for signing? Since I don't have the raw private key (only the Vault Access Token), am I effectively locked out if the dashboard fails, or is there a way to use the Vault Access Token with a custom script to sign a transaction? Any advice or guidance on how to force this withdrawal would be greatly appreciated. I’m currently stuck and unable to move my funds.
