No CS degree. Animateur 35h/week. Building Lumend on the side. The idea: score your real life 1–100 every day, see it on a heatmap, climb ranks. I did it in a notebook for 700 days before writing a line of code. Where I'm at: - M1 built and paid for (dev) - 57 people on the waitlist - €0 revenue - Beta target: ~mid June What actually moved the needle so far: one Reddit post in r/gamification (42K views). Everything else was noise. What I'm unsure about: whether people want ranked life tracking or just another habit app with streaks.
