Made a waitlist for my new tool. No signups yet. I've heard Reddit and Quora are good for niche tools but not sure how to approach it without coming across as spammy. Do you just post in relevant communities and hope for the best, or is there a smarter way to get those first 100-200 emails? What actually worked for you early on?
