What I'm building: an AI platform that validates business ideas with real market data. I use Claude Sonnet (Anthropic) as the AI engine and Base44 as the no-code builder. Week 8 stats: — 217 unique visitors (Google, Product Hunt, Instagram) — 10 registered users — 0 paying customers — $20/month in costs (Base44 plan) — 0 spent on marketing Biggest lessons so far: 1. Building is the easy part. I built a working product with 5 modules, a marketplace, investor tools and a bilingual system in 4 weeks with zero coding experience. Distribution is 10x harder. 2. Realistic AI scoring matters. Most AI tools inflate scores to make users feel good. I built mine to be brutally honest — if you have no investment, max viability is 4/10. Users appreciate honesty. 3. Organic traction is real but slow. Google and Product Hunt brought visitors without spending anything. Converting visitors to users is where the real work begins.
