Your home market playbook prob wont port because US and CAN users need the value in like 30 sec or they bounce. Cut onboarding to one tiny win fast and talk to one creator niche only like realtors or coaches till retention works. UGC can help top of funnel but if month 2 is weak then the real fix is product onboarding not more traffic.
