I want to create a Solana token as a small project/experiment, but I haven't decided on the details yet. I'd love suggestions from the community on: Token name Symbol/ticker Decimals (6, 9, or something else?) Supply structure Any fun or useful concept behind it I'm also curious which token creation tools people actually trust and use. for an experimental token, 6 decimals is standard for SPL. if you want it to feel 'real', go with 9 like SOL itself. keep the supply simple — like 1b or 10b. tool-wise, solanaforge is fine for quick tests, but for anything serious most folks use the spl-token cli or anchor for more control.
