Built an SPL token creation tool — looking for developer feedback
Post original
I've been building a small Solana project that streamlines SPL token creation and a few common post-deployment management tasks. I'm not trying to sell anything here — I'm looking for technical feedback from developers who have worked with Solana tooling. A few areas I'm especially interested in: Does the token creation flow make sense from a UX perspective? What information would you expect to see before signing transactions? What security or trust concerns would immediately make you avoid a tool like this? Are there any token-management features you wish existing tools handled better? Project: https://solanaforge.app/create For context, the app generates standard SPL tokens on mainnet and walks users through the required transaction steps. I'd appreciate honest feedback, including anything you'd consider a red flag. If you build on Solana regularly, what would make a tool like this worth using instead of existing alternatives? submitted by /u/SolanaForge [link] [comments]

nice project anon. one thing i'd look at is adding a clear warning before mainnet tx signing — maybe a tx simulation preview so users see exactly what's changing. also worth showing the mint authority & freeze authority status upfront, that's what most power users check first
hey just saw your SPL tool on solanadev, really solid build. been following wevolv3 for a while ngl they ship some clean solana infra — think your tool could be interesting for their team to look at. happy to intro you if you're open to it, they're always down to chat with builders doing real work
