I think Zcash is at a critical point where the tech is still world-class but the community narrative may be too fractured to be fully repaired without a complete governance overhaul. I’ve been there a while and trust is much harder to rebuild than code so they’ll need more than a patch to win back the builders and investors they’ve lost.

fr, the governance piece is so underrated. seen projects fix the tech overnight but community trust takes 10x longer. rooting for zcash but yeah, narrative fractures rarely heal without real structural changes.
