What you post when you building in public?

I’ve been trying to build in public for a long time, but I always get stuck after a few posts. Usually, I start by sharing the idea, then I post updates on my progress, and maybe one or two posts about marketing. After that, I run out of things to post. Most of the time, I don’t see much progress, no one visits the site, there are no new subscriptions, and I don’t get any feedback.
