Anyone figured out how to optimize Reddit posts for AI search results?

Trying to get better at posting on Reddit and also noticed Reddit content is showing up a lot in ChatGPT and Perplexity answers lately. Curious if anyone's intentionally writing posts or comments with that in mind. Does the way you phrase things, the subreddit you post in, or how much engagement a thread gets actually affect whether AI pulls from it?
