I used Claude to get the business side of my freelance work cleaned up

I’ve been on a “do more from inside Claude” kick lately, mostly because my digital marketing work was organized for clients while my own backend was still a mess Client reporting, content calendars, landing pages all fine but my own setup was scattered everywhere. Payments, expenses, invoices, tax notes, personal card charges and the business formation stuff I kept pushing to next week So I used Claude to drive the whole business setup process. It helped me work through getting the business set up properly first and I basically told it what I was doing, how the freelance work was structured and what I wanted to accomplish. It asked the questions I didnt know I needed to answer, helped organize all the information, explained what each step was for and walked me through the formation process so I could get everything reviewed and submitted correctly After that, it helped move into the banking side so I could seperate the business account, expenses and invoices from my personal mess. It didn’t magically do everything on its own but it made formation first and banking after feel like one guided workflow instead of a bunch of random tabs and half finished notes Kind of funny that I’ll spend hours optimizing a client funnel but avoided fixing my own business backend for months   submitted by   /u/No-Fly-9554 [link]   [comments]
