Refunds happening with Apple Pay at the same time.

Good morning everyone! I started selling my own digital product, and in my case, 60-70% of the sales were completed using Apple Pay. ​ Yesterday, around 8 PM, I received a support request from a customer who bought using Apple Pay. He said he couldn't log into Kiwify with the email he used during checkout and wanted my help. I thought to myself: "I'll reply to him tomorrow morning," but that made me keep an eye on the Kiwify app last night. ​ Around 10 PM, I checked the app again and noticed that 3 refunds had been processed (this had never happened before). All 3 were Apple Pay transactions, and all 3 happened very close to each other. ​ I searched online and couldn't find anything about it. Especially regarding the fact that after the first one happened, two more followed, and also about why my ex-customer can't access the course. I've already been in touch with other customers, that paid with a different payment method, and all of them were able to access it normally. ​ I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced something similar and if there's any explanation for these 3 refunds happening practically at the same time, and after the 7-day guarantee period.   submitted by   /u/andrehgc [link]   [comments]
