Now, I'm looking for a long-term Growth Marketing partner who can help bring these products to more users and grow them into successful businesses. This is more than just a marketing role. I'm looking for someone who wants to join me on a startup journey, take ownership of growth, and share in the success we create together. What You'll Do Drive user acquisition and growth for our mobile and web applications. Create and execute marketing campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels. Produce and edit engaging video content for advertisements and organic growth. Experiment with growth strategies, content marketing, and viral marketing approaches. Optimize App Store presence and ASO (App Store Optimization) — experience in ASO is a strong plus. Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve marketing effectiveness. Who I'm Looking For Experience in mobile app marketing or SaaS marketing. Strong understanding of social media growth strategies. Ability to create and edit short-form videos. Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to experiment. Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in startups. Comfortable working independently and focusing on results rather than hours worked. Compensation This is a performance-based role. There are no fixed working hours. What matters is the impact you create. Compensation will be tied directly to the profits generated by the products. Outstanding contributors can earn up to 30% of the total profit revenue from the portfolio of applications.
