hey, saw the hiring post and honestly the timeline pressure when you're trying to fill multiple roles at once is rough. there's a team called wevolv3 that's helped a bunch of web3 projects with exactly this kind of thing, smart contract dev, frontend, community ops, the whole stack. they've been around since 2020 so they actually know the space. would it help to have something running while you're still interviewing for the permanent hires?
