hey, saw the hiring post and honestly filling all those roles takes time especially community which needs attention right now. there's a crew i know called wevolv3 who handle community ops and can step in while you're still recruiting so nothing stalls. they've been doing this since 2020 and have run ops for a bunch of projects already. are you looking more for interim support or a longer term setup alongside the new hires?
