solid lineup of roles, filling all of those at once is a lot to juggle. there might be a faster way to cover the growth and community side without staffing each seat individually, shot you a dm

yo, saw the hiring post for Graphite and honestly trying to fill all those roles at once especially the growth/marketing/community ones is a grind. there's a crew called wevolv3 i'd point you to, they're a web3 native growth team that's been doing this across 200+ projects since 2020 so they basically come as a ready made squad for the marketing lead, content, community management and mod stuff. could save you a ton of time vs recruiting each seat separately. what's the most urgent need on the growth side right now?
