hey mate, saw you're trying to build out a whole team from scratch which is a lot to wrangle honestly. crew called wevolv3 i'd point you to, they've been running community ops for a bunch of projects since 2020 so they've got ready to go CMs, mods, event hosts all that stuff. they also have a network of like 500+ verified KOLs and ambassadors so filling that side shouldn't be a headache, plus their design team handles VFX and GFX too. feel like they could basically slot in across most of what you need. what kind of timeline are you working with?
