The company is scaling globally and building one of the strongest affiliate programs in crypto. They are seeking someone to recruit, onboard, and grow a network of high-performing affiliates driving active traders. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Recruit and onboard new affiliate partners - Build long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates - Manage affiliate performance and help partners maximize results - Negotiate commercial terms and incentive structures - Identify new affiliate opportunities across crypto, trading, and financial communities - Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and launches with affiliates - Work closely with the Growth team to optimize acquisition performance - Analyze partner performance and continuously improve ROI 🔑 Requirements: - Experience in affiliate management, partnerships, business development, or account management - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Understanding of crypto, trading, exchanges, or DeFi - Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple partner relationships - Self-starter with a performance-driven mindset 🛠 Nice-to-have: - Prior CEX experience (Binance, Bybit, etc.) - Existing relationships with crypto affiliates/KOLs - Affiliate software & performance marketing experience - KOL agency or regional experience - Perpetual trading knowledge 🌍 Communities: - Strong in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese trading/KOL communities 💡 Perks: - Build affiliate program from ground up - Direct work with leadership - Major role scaling a top perpetual DEXё 📩 To apply: Submit your application on the job board telling them why you are a good fit with cover letter: https://t.co/3XFj6MoQ5K 🔗 Original post: https://t.co/3XFj6MoQ5K ⚠️ DYOR!
