solid ambassador play, the lifetime fee split is a great hook. keeping 30 founding kol's aligned is a full time job though, dropped you a dm with a thought on that.

yo, saw the founding ambassador announcement and it's a strong structure. the tricky part is usually onboarding and managing that many kol's so they actually stay active and refer, especially when you're also building the product. there's a crew called wevolv3 i'd point you to, they've been doing kol coordination for 200+ projects since 2020 and have a big verified network so they're good at matching the right people and handling the ops side. what's your current plan for activating the 30 once you've selected them?
