After months of testing B2B lead generation, I still haven't found a repeatable channel. What am I missing?

Post original

Been building a B2B SaaS for small businesses that helps with employee rotas and staff scheduling. The problem I'm trying to solve is pretty obvious. Loads of small businesses are still doing rotas in Excel, WhatsApp or even on paper. I know there's demand because every time I speak to business owners, they complain about scheduling. The bit I'm struggling with isn't building the product. It's getting in front of the right people. Over the last few months I've been trying a few things. SEO. Starting to get some traffic, but it's early days. Reddit. Good conversations and a few visits, hardly any sign-ups. LinkedIn outreach. Some replies, but it's very manual. Cold email. Still figuring out where to get decent prospect lists. Google Ads. About to launch my first campaign targeting London to see if search converts. I'm trying not to fall into the trap of doing 20 different things at once. I'd rather find one channel that consistently brings in qualified leads, get that working, then layer on the next. For those of you who've actually grown a B2B SaaS, what did that first repeatable acquisition channel look like? Was there a point where you thought, "Yep... this is it", or was it just lots of small wins across different channels? Would genuinely love to hear real experiences rather than theory. submitted by /u/harshalone [link] [comments]
